I forgot to mention tu restart your phone after making another payment.
I also forgot to check if you have service
@Raf414 is your phone working and you have normal service
I assumed you didn't have service and have expired account for a week, i didn't consider that maybe you meant you paid one week ago
.if you duo have service as usual you can ignore that message, it should be gone after the renewal processes is finished. In that case it's better not to touch anything

Is there reactivate button?
If it takes you to payment, try adding one more dollar.
Did you downgrade too cheaper service?
If yes there is a glitch with autopay where it takes enough money for new lower plan but checks if you have enough for the old more expensive plan so it fails to renew. If you think that may be case, put enough funds to cover for the old plan, the difference will stay inn form of credit on your account and be used against next renewal
