@rdn If you are on AutoPay and other service are working fine, it looks like you might have used up all your data and your plan will renew by the morning.

Same thing is occuring for me, says i owe 0 dollars but my plan is set to renew and I have no data service...

 

Reached out to mods as well already sighhhhh...

Yes, mods are online 7 days a week.

9am to 9pm Easern Mon-Fri 

9am to 7:30pm Eastern Sat-Sun
