I am in the process of porting my phone number from Fongo Works to Public Mobile. I initiated this port request nearly 24 hours ago, but calls are still routing to Fongo Works. Public Mobile states porting should normally complete within 5 hours, so I believe something has gone wrong.
When I attempt to re-initiate the transfer, Public Mobile reports the number as invalid.
Could anyone please advise on the next steps to resolve this? Do I just wait it out?

this is normal. porting from VoIP take as many as a week. So, it could be another couple days before the line is ported
there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
