I had to get my iPhone repaired so I’m signed out of everything. I cannot access my original public mobile account because it’s an iCloud account. I didn’t think this through. I’m hoping I can manually add e sim to my phone? Please if anyone can help

Once you delete your eSIM from the phone, it's gone and you'd need to purchase another one. You've wiped your phone which I'm assuming, you will for sure have to buy a new eSIM or purchase a physical SIM card. Nothing a CS Agent can do to help you. They will tell you exactly what I just said.
