Is my eSIM actually in my phone automatically?

My phone has no old provider’s SIM card anymore cuz that one is cancelled, but my eSIM from Public Mobile isn’t working either. What do I do? Do I even have an eSIM. I’d love to actually use my phone

make sure the old sim card is actually removed.  Also, check to make sure PM eSIM is enabled.  Then click Reset Network settings

but if it still cannot connect after all the work, ask PM to check.

It is my opinion that there is an issue at Public Mobile with esim not activating for the last few days.

You can reset your phone networks and restart to see if that will make it work.
