New to Public Mobile. Since we signed up, both my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone lose calls/connection. Recipients of the call report our voices get garbled before the connection is lost. Any idea why this happens?

Hey @Dmucksee
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings and enter your passcode when prompted. Then reboot. This will reconnect you to the network. If you are still having problems, you can create a ticket and have them reset it on their end as well.
