I'm trying to change my address on my profile and it says invalid address. It's EXACTLY the address that is on my government issued ID. Had a CS_Agent (Andu) reply to my ticket, and they asked for my information 3 hours ago. They said they would update the information for me. They have since just disappeared, and are not replying to any of my messages. I even attached a photo of my drivers license in the private message. What is a reasonable time frame to expect a simple reply, or have this updated?

@SlickVic , from what I can tell the site uses location service to populate address data regardless of the validity of the data entry made. Be sure to enable location permission on the browser or mobile app as applicable. I find it more reliable to use the mobile app to update the address.

According to a post from csa, it's 30 minutes to 2 hours. Longer when busier.
The Postal code must match your credit or debit card on file.
You just have to wait for their reply and update. Keep working with them. They are the only ones that can change it if you can't.
Why do you need it to be updated anyway?
Address info is not important here.
