International long distance.

When I try to call the philippines I get a message saying " talk is not included in your plan" Please explain. If I have paid for international long distance and I can't use it to the Philippines I would like a refund and also a solution for calling to the Philippines.

I have tried to ask a moderator yesterday and today but have not recieved any response. I asked for a refund also. What do I do if they just ignore me? Not impressed with the lack of service.

What do you mean? I was all excited to go look and see if it was there for during the purchasing process and I still didn't see it.

I've known it was in the other places already mentioned...just not in the purchasing area where, really, it should also be.

Although I didn't click "Buy Add-ons" because I couldn't remember if it buys it without any confirmation and I didn't want to test it.

Top of this page, click on Plans, scroll down to Add-ons, click on it, it will show the countries for the 400 minute add-on.

If you have sent a private message then you'll just have to wait.

I suggest getting one of those calling cards from a convenience store to call the Phillipines.

@rideaway it's also listed in the "Canada Long Distance Add-ons" section of the Plans & Add-Ons knowledgebase ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Plans-amp-Add-Ons/ta-p/250167 ).

And where is the description of the international long distance plan, it sure isn't anywhere obvious that I could find, and I sure looked a long time. How do you get a hold of someone in this company to get a refund?

In your self serve, click the plans and addons tab, then scroll down and you will see the list of add ons available, including the international.

If you would like to request a refund, only possible way, if they do it, would be to contact the mods.

Credited back would be fine, just wish they would respond. What if it was something important, this is my only phone. And I need to call the Philippines soon.

Yes. You're right. There's no mention in the purchasing process. Alas.

As for a refund, all you can do is wait. With what all has gone on for them this week, it could be a while. You probably wouldn't get an actual refund. Probably credited back to your Available Funds.

Hi , the Philipines is not listed in the description.  400 International Long Distance minutes

Maybe a long distance phone card would work, http://www.thephonecardstore.ca/
