Calling international numbers that have previously worked, and are saved in my phone. My international minutes are topped up. Still just get error messages when I try calling. How to make international calls work again?
To clarify, the numbers are correct with the correct dialing codes, and are saved correctly in my phone and were successfully used previously from this phone, with this same Public Mobile account.
Thanks

Does local calling work? Data? Texting? Is your account status active versus suspended?
Might want to also try network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
Could also manually select 5G or LTE network (instead of Auto).

OK...good. Now log in to your Public Mobile account on mobile app; in Subscriptions, tap Usage Breakdown to see if your add-on purchase is there.

just to be sure, where are you trying to call ? Make sure you purchased the correct International LD add-on as there are a couple of different LD packages available.

If you've just topped up, try rebooting your phone. Also, things are changing with PM when it comes to the 3G network. Your phone may no longer be compatible with the network.
