International calls impossible to connect

I just bought minutes to call from Canada to Colombia. When I dial the number it says 11b1 your call cannot be completed. What do I do?

try dial +57, area code, number.  Aletrnative dial 011-57-area code-number.

You bought the correct 300 Minutes Long Distance add-on?

how you make the call? what dial sequence you used? it should be 011 57 [area code] [local phone number]

try reboot the phone and try calling again
