Good day,
i have an unlimited calls Canada wide plan, unfortunately people calling from Southern Africa (South Africa and Zimbabwe) are failing to get through to me. The problem could be for all international calls because I havent received any since onboarding to Public Mobile.

You should be able to receive incoming calls from anywhere in the world. When did you activate because if it's been less than 3 hours since porting that may be the reason. If that isn't the case then send a message via SIMon ? mark bubble bottom right of your screen to submit a ticket to moderators.
You can also just try rebooting your phone. You can also try powering off your phone, remove/re-insert the SIM and restart your phone.
