Any customer who activated on the service after January 2022 is not impacted.
Any customer who joined prior to then, and did not mistakenly move to public points, has been impacted big time.
It’s Public Mobile’s way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer (sarcasm there)

@ritamacmillan My guess is that you were on the old rewards system? Everyone on the old system was switched or is being switched during this month to the points system. So your $ rewards will no longer be deducted from your bill automatically and you will lose some of them. When you have accumulated 15 points you can log in to take $15 off your bill (or buy add-ons for 5 points or more). There is no more $2 for auto-pay or loyalty, instead you will get 5% in points from you bill, 10 points a year for loyalty and 1 point a month for referrals.
