I do have an iPhone just in case is any different.
My daughter was playing around to secure my SIM card in case phone ever gets lost and noticed that I can’t make calls anymore as it’s asking me for this PUK code. Please help me! Thanks

no my phone is not locked; its my SIM card which does not allow me to make or received calls
