Looking at my Usage:
- I find TIME representation confusing. Make it either 24 clock (preferable) or add AM/PM.
- I am aware of 'data leak' and as seen above it does exist. Could somebody explain why is this happening even though my 'data' is off all the time and could Public Mobile do something about it on their side?

Set your phone to a 24 hour clock to make comparing your calling/texting usage logs between your account and your phone easier.
Data leakage is not necessarily counted against your plan data. I have data leakage recorded in the daily usage pages long after the plan data has been completely consumed. This is not MMS data usage but recorded as WEB usage.

TOTALLY agree they should utilize 24-hr time -or- AM/PM designation.
Adding insult to injury, calls show as local time, and texts display as EST, so that further aggravates the timing of said items.
Maybe it'll be part of the routine self-serve and Community upgrades which appear to be routinely underway - one can hope!!!

When you turn on your data there is a 5 MB buffer then it gets reset.

@Meow Yes and it's been suggested more than a few times before that it's confusing the way PM doesn't record the timestamp and most likely, like a few other things around here, it's not a priority for them to fix.
Your phone log actually does provide the exact time of your all calling and texting though, so probably why it's not mentioned more often I'd think?
Edit: Oops didn't realize you were worried about when your data is used, sometimes that can be system apps that work in the background, I think. Seems to be very small amounts.
