Impossible to access my account

Hi, I received a texto telling me than my credit card will expire in 30 days. So I need to change it on my payment method, but I'm unable to access to my account. When I try to login, I'm asked to finish my registration ? But I have an account, so what should I do to be able to manage my account ?

@6zoliver6  you can try to log in using private browser/incognito mode and see if that helps. If not, open a chat using the orange bubble on the bottom right and have CS Agent give you a hand. Hope this helps
