INTERNATIONAL text on 15 dollar plan

I have a basic $15 plan, which says international texts included but it does not work for me.

1. Compose a text message then enter the following in the ‘To’ field: 011, then the country code, then the region code, then the mobile phone number. Find a list of country codes

2. Select Send

• You must be in Canada to do this (receive and send)
• make sure to include the country exit code 11 ahead of the number you are calling.
• And ensure the receiver can receive international texts on their plan/provider.

@hassanraza , it should.  Make sure you have the correct format for the phone number, exit code, country code.
