@danhtran   For $34 a month you can get 50GB unlimited if you are willing to pay $102 up front for a 90 day plan (it gives all the data, 150GB up front to last the 90 days).  You can select that one as an existing customer in your account yourself.

If you still want the other plan the only option would be to ask customer service but since it is for new activations there's no guarantee.  They can be reached by private message here
