I was charged for 2 add ons that I didn't request

Hello I sent a text about a week ago requesting a gig of data but it didn't send so I sent another text and it did send. The text sent just now charging me for two gigs of data when I had never even sent any text requesting the second gig so I have no idea why I was charged for that one as well. I would like a refund for both asap please. Thank you for your time

Curious why you'd expect a refund for both when you intended to purchase 1 of them? I understand wanting a refund for the second one. 

In any case, you'll need to log a ticket for Public Mobile staff to consider your request.

What were the 2 add ons that you didn't request?  are they data addon? sometimes, when you are low with data, PM will send text and you just need to reply Yes to add them.  It happens a lot with phones that used by family members, they reply yes but the account owners (the one who paid) were aware of it

if you want to dispute the charge , ask PM. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

what addon did you got charged?  Did you check the Payment History page to confirm? 

if you really got charged but you never used or never asked to add, check with PM support agent

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
