Can we get more detail to your question?
If you actived a SIM then you created an account. To change your CC information, you need to login to your account and change it in the Payment section.

@HahaHehe if you don't have a My Account yet, possibly because you activated in store before, please open ticket with PM Support. You can create a ticket using "Forgot Login information" type of ticket to engage PM Support:

Did you activate in a store before mid-July? If so then you need to click on the chatbot simon link below and find your way to submit a ticket.
If after then you will have created the account. Did you get a welcome email from here when you signed up?
