I can't log on to the "activation menu" now.
I have failed to log in many times now.
Can you change manually my credit card information or provide me a link for updating the information?

you may wish to be aware that you’re communicating with other customers on this forum, not public mobile staff.
If you’re unable to log into your self serve account to make the change yourself under the payment section, reach out to the customer support agents for assistance in accessing self-serve.

You will need to login to your account and update your CC. But you need to create a Eversafe ID first before login to your account. Just click on Sign Up if you haven’t created one.
Or you can contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.
Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher to keep your service going. Enter the voucher number by dialing 611 and they can be purchased from these locations:

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

but if your having trouble logging in you can get support to update it for you also
