I want to buy a new phone. Motorola one 5g ACE.

I want to know if this phone can work with Public network or not.

This is 5G phone. Can Public support 5G ?

If Not,  which  network will be used ? 2G, 3g, 4G ?

This phone has below bands:

5G NR: 2/5/25/41/66/71

4G LTE: 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/14/17/18/19/20/25/26/29/30/38/39/40/41/66/71

3G: 1/2/4/5/8

2G: 2/3/5/8

BTW, when I travel to U.S,  can the cellphone and Data be roamed to U.S too ? which carrier will be roam to ?

@w20565 is this brand new or have you been using it for awhile? I was actually looking at this model and was contemplating getting it as my next phone as I have heard good things, so if you have been using tell me what your experience is like if you get a chance. Thanks!

Public mobile does not support 5G. This phone will work with Public mobile.

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

• 4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS). 
• HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).   

3G = 850 (5), 1900 (2)

4G = 850 (5), 1900 (2), 700 (12/13/17/29), 1700/2100 (4), 2600 (7), 1700/2100 (66)

In the USA, you would need to purchase 10 day roaming packages and Public mobile used T mobile and AT'&T.

PM doesn't support 5G at this time...but 4G LTE works great. Your regular plan talk/text/data only work while in Canada.

For travel and use in US, you'd need a 10 Day US Roaming Talk/Text / Data add-on to your regular plan. Then in US, you'd be able to use T-Mobile or AT&T...whichever works best where you're at then.
