If you cannot sign into your account online but know your 4 digit account pin # you can purchase nearly all available add ons via 611 or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. A pm voucher can be added without your digit account pin # but purchases and adding funds require it.
Note:
The $5/500min Canada wide calling add on is not available thru the 611/IVR system.

@Cindyliang1949 you might be able to load money and buy some add-on if you know your 4 digits PIN
To logon to My Account, start with Reset Password and see if you can unlock it yourself
If not, PM support is your friend, just open ticket with them and they will sort it out for you
