I upgraded from the 80 to the 100 gb plan. It charged me for a full month but only gave me 20gb of data for the next month. Apparently I need you ask a moderator to reset my data usage. How do I do that?

first off...log in to your account on a laptop but use incognito mode to check your plan status. Alternative...dial 611 to hear current plan status.

it is just a browser or app cache issue. try login browser with Incognito plan and you should see the correct plan

You need to reboot your phone by powering off your phone then back on.
You can login to your account on the PM app then swipe down on the screen to update the data.
