Clear your browser, use secret/incognito mode in firefox, chrome or safari. Log into your account. Go to make a payment. Choose other amount. Add your plan amount +$1. Submit payment. Go to your overview page. Does it say active? If so log out and reboot. If not click on reactivate. If it does not take your funds and go to active status go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out. Wait 1 min. Log in. Resume your service. Active? Log out and reboot.

Did you apply a manual payment? When is your renewal? If you have missed your renewal and added a new credit card after, adding a new card and enabling autopay afterwards does not reactivate your plan. A payment would need to be made manually.
