i added $40 to my account because i intended to switch from my old $32 plan to the new $40 one but when i did so i must have done things in the wrong order and payed for my old plan and then tried to switch over to the new one. doing so only gave me the left over $10 to me as credit and the remaining $30 was used on the old plan but was lost on the new one. this left me without a plan and the payment for the old one was wasted as i didnt even use the phone in that time. can someone help me with this?

@RomanHThe only people who have access to people's accounts are the moderators.. however per terms of service is all plans are non refundable.. so don't be surprised you don't see the $$ again.
