I still had $141 in my account, but I can't use that money to pay my $81 bill, still ask me use credit card or public mobile vout to pay my bills, never had this issue before, if I don't pay by credit card or voucher for it, my account will expire in 30 days,

I can't understand I have enough money , why I can't use that money pay my bill
