I received a text message on 5Gb for $25/month plan

I'm using a $15 monthly plan right now. If I send a YES to the text message, will my plan change from the $15 to $25 or will they add up together for a total of $40 monthly plan?

Also, there was no info about text messaging and calling included in the $25 plan, so, I am confused about that as well.

Looks like PM likes to shaft a certain demographic in favour of others:

They offer a great deal for their customers in Quebec over their customers in the rest of Canada.

They offer a great deal for those on their $15 plan over those on their $25 plan.

I get they want to "sell up" existing customers, but not to offer those great deals to all their customers seems to me they are alienating and pissing off those existing customers.

It is $25.  Your new plan will have 5gb of 3g data, unlimited Canada wide talk, international text messaging,  voicemail etc.

I recently upgraded to the $25 plan just to increase my data to 1GB. Still find 1GB not quite enough. Was hoping to get 2-3GB offer @ $25. It seems a bit underhanded that PM allows some to get more data for $25, but not the customers that are already paying them $25. PM should be giving those already paying the $25, at the very least, some kind of monthly data bonus of 2GB seeing as how they are giving 5GB to those that sign up now. 

IMHO, It's just not good customer service to your loyal long time customer's.

Hi I received the text offering $25/5GB and replied YES.  Got a text saying I will be moved to the new plan on renewal.  I don't see that when I log in and check under My Account, subscription and add ons.  How long does it take before it shows up?

@Beagles- The offer was directed at $15 plan holders. Not $25. Are you on the $15 plan? Then, not everyone gets the offer. We don't know the criteria.

How does one qualify for that offer. I've been waiting for PM to offer a little more than the 1 gig on the $25 plan for 2 years now to no avail.

How can I be included in this offer?

From the limited information and from actual experience from the previous acceptance of this promo, it's basically a whole other plan extending off the standard $25 plan to 5gigs of data. Everything else would be like any plan. Unlimited Canada-wide calling, unlimited texting to anywhere while in Canada plus MMS and the data. Instead of the standard 1gig, it's 5gigs.

HI @Been188  not extra $25.  It is simply a plan change from $15 to $25.  the special $25 has 5GB and all call features like other plans, and unlimited outbound calls
