I purchased second sim cart passed 10 days I haven't received it

Hi There, 

I purchased sim cart with order number of  :

341955 and Fri, Apr 28 at 3:16 p.m. but I haven't received it yet.

How can I follow up this issue?

See what if anything this gets you. Enter the postal code you would have used for the order. You might not get anything useful but good to have a look.

Some members report receiving their SIM in 3 weeks so it is on it’s way.

Don’t know why PM advertise the shipping time will be 5-10 days when it is out of their control…Canada Post snail mail.

As per PM delivery is 5-10 business days. Some experience way longer so please be patient a week or two.

@Peymanfallah  - that is not too long ago. I would wait for the rest of this week to see if it comes in.

 

If nothing shows up this week, then perhaps submit a ticket to let customer support know.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

@Peymanfallah , SIM card shipments sometimes takes a couple of week unfortunately.  If you have not received it in another week, you can message the CSAs using the link below and have them look into the situation.
