Your question seems that you are trying to keep your Lucky SIM active and port over the same number over to PM?
If this is your question, the answer is no. Your number can only be with one carrier and not both carriers.

Use this link to confirm if your number is eligible to be ported here:
( don't get caught up on the fact it states to Koodo - same parent company under TELUS)

Your question could be interpreted one of a couple of ways.
Your number can only be with one provider.
You can keep your other provider and number active and activate here with a new number.
If you eventually decide to move your other number here, it would automatically close your other provider account.

When it comes to earlier reply, that's usually the case but not always. Some numbers cannot be ported to Public Mobile if Public Mobile doesn't also offer phone numbers for that same city. Which phone number is your city for?

@Kenkizle Yes, you can port in your number from Lucky. If you have a PM SIM and a CC or Debit Visa, then click this link: to start the activation process: https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
You'll need to keep the Lucky SIM in your phone until you receive and respond to the transfer text with a YES within 90 minutes window.
