I paid my phone bill on April 18th now it's April 23 and its shut off saying I owe another 41 dollar

I paid my phone bill on April 18th now today I got to use my phone and its suspended this needs to be fixed now. I am so mad 

How can my phone be suspended when I had already paid this month's bill and it said it was due again may 22
