I paid for an upgrade in my account since Monday and until now I can’t get the service I paid for. H

By this you mean you chose the button to Change immediately versus the button to change at next renewal?

Do you see $15 in your available funds?  

Maybe screenshot your payment history page.

 

If you see the $15 in available funds, it means that you loaded the funds.  Now need to change plans.

Which plan are you on presently?  Which plan do you want?

Do you want to upgrade plan or purchase an add on?

Did you do a plan change immediately or at next renewal?  

Was your credit card charged?  Do you see available funds?
