I ordered and paid for a Sim card 3 weeks ago. Still did not received anything.

At a Telus/Koodo location they will be $10 + your local Provincial taxes.
I have them for $7.99 on eBay and they will arrive in 8 business days or less.

The regular time-frame is up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS(no holidays, no weekends), on top of that Canada Post is having issues, also the new PM updates on their system, and a high volume of orders.

as it's been several weeks since you ordered, I'd suggest you get ahold of CSA to get update on your order. It may have to be re-ordered, I'm afraid.
If there's a Telus / Kodoo kiosk in a mall near you, check with them to see if they have the PM sims for sale.

If you can't get it and it's taking too long just ask for a refund.

it took 4 weeks after I ordered. I was about to find the number of C/S. Ordered end of April, got it 24th of May. 😞
