I just got a new phone and needed to purchase a new esim to do the transfer (i'm an existing public mobile customer). But when i purchased the new esim, i didn't receive a confirmation email with the qr code. Where else can i find it or what do i do??
Please help.

transferring esim to new phone is always troublesome
you might need to change back to physical sim card temporary before you can change it back to esim
but check with PM first. Since your account is locked, you will need support agent to help. Please send them a message

Thanks for quick reply. Followed your instructions >cellular>setupcellular, but then it prompts 2 options: 'transfer from nearby phone' (i unfortunately wiped it too early), so that option is out, AND 'USE QR CODE" ... but i never received the qr code to take the pick for activation ... any insights on how to get through that piece??

hi @mattydobs the esim already installed on your phone if you used the app to buy
Check your phone's Settings->Cellular or Sim manager screen, there should be a Public Mobile esim there. Make sure it is enabled and Reset Network Settings.
