I need to speak directly to customer service

I had to cancel my credit card due to a fraudulent transaction posted to it. I am currently waiting for a new credit card and of course the payment cycle is in the midst of that. 

How can I speak to a real person about this to let them know I am waiting for a credit card in order to continue my payments?

Hi @Deine I don't think you need to contact them. PM is prepaid and you just need to pay on the due date 🙂

 

In case, you still want to contact them

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Deine 

Unfortunately, PM is an online service so you can’t talk to anyone but you have 90 days to reactivate your account once you get your replacement card.

Were you charge for February/March?

If you were then you have your next renewal date in March to replace your CC in your account.

As @softech said, just by a voucher to add to your account balance now which buys you a month to get new CC number registered. Way easier than trying to contact someone who can’t say dint worry about it!

@Deine you don't really need to let them know.   So, you can save the trouble to open to ticket with them

 

You just  need to add a valid credit card before your next renewal date so renewal can go through 

 

If you cannot get a credit card in time for that, you will have to get a voucher from store and load it via My Account or *611 ahead of your renewal date.  Please get the voucher from SDM/shell/711/London Drug as the voucher there cannot laoded immediately
