I need to print out copies of all my old invoices but cannot access to any longer after porting out my number. I went through the chatbox process and it asked me to submit a ticket but I'm also not able to do that either. When I try to submit a ticket I'm getting the following error message "OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.". I've tried refreshing and using different browsers but continue to get the same error message.

@JQ88 Yes once you successfully port out your number it automatically close your account . Hence why you can’t log in any more . You will need to submit ticket with support using this direct link to ask for the invoice
