Help!
I need a Customer Support Agent so I can return my defective Certified Pre-Owned iphone. I am unable to make the 'Submit a Ticket' webform work, so the chatbot said to send a Private Message. This is my attempt.. How can I reach a Customer Support Agent??

yeah i forget to said about use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode. and submitting the ticket.

@TeriiPhone for CPO related issue, you have to open ticket with PM support by direct message (the usual chatbot way won't work for CPO related ticket). Please include your order number in the message:
