One other thing to add is if you're porting from another wireless provider, it should normally take a few hours.  However if you are transferring from a landline then it may take a week or so.  Be sure to enter in correct information before pressing <Enter>

When you initiate porting, your previous provider will send you a text message to answer back YES to porting.  So be sure to keep the old SIM card inserted in phone until you get this message since you may have to contact moderator for further attempts of porting in case it fails.  Good Luck!

Changing Your Number After Activation

You can change your phone number up to 4 times every 30 days after you’ve activated.

go to your Self Serve Account here link, and:

• Select the “Plans and Add ons” tab
• Click on “Change Phone Number”
• Then, you can choose to select a new phone number or to transfer a wireless or wireline number from another provider.

and do Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Log into self service and you can change it there. You can change your number up to 4 times each cycle.
