If you're there when the delivery pereson tries to deliver, you can refuse delivery of the pacakge. The package will be sent back and you'll receive a refund.

If PM shipped the phone already. You will need for it to arrive and contact a CS_Agent for a CPO for a full refund. You have 30 days for a complete refund and 1 year warranty on the phone if you decide to keep it.

@Jason3243 you can try to open ticket with PM support and work with them on cancelling the order

Start by typing "CPO Phone", then click "Cancel Order", then click "Cancel my Order", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
