You don't need a PERSON NOW. You can buy add-ons to hold you over until your next renewal. You could also do a change plan now to a different plan. The only thing you would need a PERSON NOW for is to do an early renewal of the same plan.

In your other post, @darlicious  gave you a very helpful short-term solution. Please read and heed.

It'll take awhile for PM CSA to get back to you...it's Thanksgiving 'ya know.

Been at this for DAYS unfortunately

@Murraycorrene You can't get a "person now" at PublicMobile. All customer service is done online.

@Murraycorrene   for resetting My Account, did you try to use the Reset Password link there?  you can just enter your email address and reset it that way.  If you have multiple and unsure which email, enter them all and see which one got the reset password link

 

Or you can reset the password with the help or PM support.  They can help you to reset the password first.

Once you have access to My Account, you can reset the PIN yourself by going to Profile page in My Account

The fastest way to do this would be to purchase a public mobile voucher and add it to Via 611 or by calling 1-855-4 PUBLIC entering your 10-digit phone number to enter the voucher PIN code. Here is a post that will help you do this....

Once you add more data you can then contact customer support to gain access to your account so that you can reset your pin and your password.

That's it I can't take mobile anymore every time a notification comes up and I'm typing something I lose my post I'm setting up my tablet today that's it! Lol....🤪
