did you make the change when the account was already suspended? or you made the change before and at the time the plan was still active?
Yes, would be nice with screenshot of your Overview page, just cross out any personal info.

@yvasah : When was your renewal? When did you make this change? Are your services working?
Maybe post a screenshot of your overview page and also possibly your payment history from here (not payment card).

If the Transaction history shows your payment has been processed, try to Suspend then Resume service (Lost/Stolen page).
If doesn't work, post a screenshot of your overview page so we can see what's going on.
