Hello,
I'm not receiving my OTP. I am a brand new customer and just trying to log into my account for the first time. It says it is sending the code to my phone number but I dont recieved it, when I click resend code it just reloads the screen there is no option to send to email.

it's a must that you activate your new account using the Public Mobile app.
If that doesn't apply, use this link to message Customer Support to get status of your activation...
