I was locked out of self serve after two attempts and I cannot reset my password. How do I reset my password now?

I don't see anything about @Mrquackingson changing to a new password. it won't even let the member reset it.
Mrquackingson, there are two types of messages about this. There is one that says that you need to wait an hour, and there is one telling you about how the login has been disabled. If you're seeing the one about the login being disabled, this isn't something that you can fix for yourself.

Go to the forgot password link under self serve.
Here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If you are still having issues with your password you will need to contact a moderator with this link:
https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in forgot password, forgot security question and it will open a ticket for you.
The moderators can help you fairly quickly with your issue.
You can also wait an hour or so and try again.

Try waiting an hour. Also try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

@Mrquackingson You can open a ticket with the moderators by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right of the desktop browser. They will help get you sorted out.
