My phone was stolen, so I needed a new SIM. I don’t want to lose my number, but I’m having no luck with the process. The website just sends me in circles. I’ve installed the SIM, but there’s no number attached to it yet. Can anyone help so I don’t lose my number? I even changed my password this morning as a result. I’m totally frustrated at this point.

@Lalai Yes it’s a known issue with mobile device to sim swap number .

@Lalai Tap resend a few time you should have option to send code to email instead . Once logged into your account you need to SIM card swap the number like this or get support to help you do this
