Trying to log in but after verifying my email, it take me to verirify my phone number. I can’t get past this stage.

it means that you have never use SMS to verify before login to My Account.  If you got such error, you will need to engage PM support to sort it out.  Please private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
