Hello,
I lost my phone (with SIM), that was working. Now I got a Public Mobile SIM from Telus shop (that I was told that they cannot swap, I have to do it myself).
When I try to do it myself, selfserve keeps sending OTP on my old SIM that I donot have. I donot get the option of getting OTP on registered email.
