Taxes do not have to be added.  A $25 plan requires a $25 top up/a $25 account balance. The taxes gets added automatically. Cutomers should not be including an extra amount to factor in taxes.

What plan are you on? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Did you just sign up or have you been here a while?
