I bought two voucher codes even though i only needed 1 because the first code didnt work so i went and bought a second one and both are not working, I tried entering them in on my account and via 611 on my phone. I getting so pissed at public mobile and the fact that they dont have any type of customer service if this issue isnt resolved in 24 hours I will be switching providers.

More than 24 hours and my voucher is not working too. Plan is expired and I am out of connectivity. I am pissed off too and will switch to other telecom. Wasting too much time on recharging voucher, looking around for solution, requesting @CS_Agent and waiting and waiting without service is not worth to stay with PM.

Just a pin is printed it’s PM issue I’m switching to freedom mobile anyways.

@anthonycbrown95, @kovu104 I agree. It appears to be a Public Mobile system problem. Did you try to use top-ups instead of vouchers?:Retail

Oh interesting too. Did you try both self-serve and 611?
I personally see no real need for an app. I used to be with Telus and got a phone from them and it came pre-loaded with their app. Barely ever used it. I've read that other providers are dropping theirs.

Did you buy them at Shoppers?
If so maybe we should all be avoiding them much like we say to avoid Walmart.
I seem to think that those little pinpad terminals work a lot like credit card terminals. They need to be uploaded and reconciled with whatever servers. If the vendor takes their sweet time doing that then the use of the voucher is delayed.
Not all cc terminals are offline like that. Or maybe even the point of sale computer needs to be sync'd with whatever server. Again with the sweet time.
Maybe there's money in it for the vendor to delay. THEY got THEIR money. But you'll just have to wait for yours. Tough toodles.
It sucks.

Thinking its Public Mobile having an issue and no response from Moderators I have launched a CCTS complaint for all users having this issue.
