I have transferred my number today. For now, I can send message but can not call.

I called 611 and it says my account is temporarily suspended. However, I just open new account and I have paid with my credit card. 

Can someone help me check?

@RosanneS - That is a cache issue usually - Please try and use a private browser (Safari: Private Browsing, Google Chrome: Guest / Incognito.) / clear cache on your browser.

The problem is I can not log in Public Mobile with error "Forbidden A1".

@RosanneS - Does My Account via website / phone app work? Maybe the system is still activating.

If both don't work, maybe try contacting CSA as Public would not let you activate without a valid payment.
