I have not received my SIM card yet it is been more than 20 days.

HI @premlaloo as said, it can take long for PM to send you the sim card.  Since you have ordered it for 20 days, it should come any time.  Just curious , are you in some rural area?  I know people in Toronto or Vancouver can receive the ard within 5 days.  It takes longer for rural address

 

If you need a sim card quick, you can pickup one from your local Telus or Koodo store.   For the one you ordered, PM usually not refund.  But you can open a ticket to protest and maybe they will refund it for you

@premlaloo SIM card could take up to 3 weeks for PM to deliver.  But you should be getting it this week if it has been 20 days

 

Please open ticket with PM support for a status update:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@premlaloo  It can take up to 3 weeks for card to arrive .. if you need one more urgently I suggest calling around to local Koodo kiosks around you one is bound to have one . Otherwise you can reach out to support to see when it shipped and when to expect it
