I reset the network settings on my phone and I did everything possible still not data I do have public card in my phone need more help please

The issue has been resolved yesterday - Thank you!
Marc from Public mobile texted me to confirm it was resolved.
I was out of Data from approximately Friday PM to Monday PM.
Luckily I didn't need data at that time so I made due.
Public was gracious enough to "reset" my used data to 0 - Thank you!

There have been several reports of data problems the last several days.
If troubleshooting failed, you will need to contact customer service agent.

Ticketing system is non functional at present time, so private message CS_Agent is needed.

Me and my wife have the same problem on our phones (Montreal area). I used 3.41GB of 18GB and my plan ends October 12th. I checked APNs and everything seems ok. I didn't change anything myself but there was an Android update recently.

This above screenshot show a standard message usually meaning that you have ran out of data on your plan/account. When a customer doesn't have any available data on the account, customers get redirected to that website whenever trying to load anything in a web browser. Ironically, that page itself can't load if you're out of data, but once you're connected to a working Wi-Fi connection with usable internet and refresh that page, that error message will load.

Iam going to see if my my old phone gonna work and try it if it doesn't i have no other phone to try it on atm .// also when I turn off the data I get the msg from service that I have no data service and the number on my Sim its not the same number I use because I habe changed when I first switched to public because I didn't like it but I do have text service and call no issues tho

Can you try your SIM in another phone? Could be a phone issue...
